New look for Adobe Sign at Texas State

Bobcats who use Adobe Sign will notice a new look and feel to notification emails whenever you send or sign documents. The new design, launched June 19, looks more like Texas State while also making the buttons you need to press larger and easier to find.

If you aren’t using Adobe Sign yet, you should be. Texas State recently passed the 10,000-documents-sent milestone. More and more offices are replacing long, laborious printing, routing, and signing routines with the ease of an electronic signature tool that helps you create, route, sign, and store store all of the documents once they are signed. Of course it’s free for all Bobcats to use.

You’ll see the new look when:

• A document is sent for signature
• A document has been signed
• A reminder has been sent to the signer, and
• When the document has been signed and filed

Boost your productivity and Bobcat pride by using Adobe Sign, and see how easy it is for yourself.
