Most recently, the World Health Organization is using the tool to help identify areas with COVID-19 to help save lives.
Geographic information systems (GIS) are computer systems that allow users to capture and analyze all types of geographical data. Many people instantly think of the study of geography when they hear about anything related to GIS. However, ArcGIS can be beneficial to anyone.

ArcGIS Online
ArcGIS Online is cloud-based, so you can use it anywhere. Your maps scale so hundreds or even millions of people can interact with them at the same time. You only need your Texas State NetID and password to access the tool.
ArcGIS Pro
ArcGIS Pro allows you to work directly from your desktop. You can create interactive maps and analyze data in 2D and 3D. ArcGIS Pro also includes access to ArcGIS Online, where you can share data through the web.
