This week, staff from the Division of Information Technology’s (DOIT) communications team learned the latest marketing industry trends at the powerful Digital Summit conference in Austin.
The two-day event featured speakers from industry-leading companies such as IBM, SAP, Facebook, Twitter, AirBNB, Wired magazine, MGM Resorts International, and many more.
The goal of DOIT’s communications team is to connect, inspire, and educate Texas State students, faculty and staff about the services provided by the division. The team will use many of the ideas learned at the conference in our efforts to serve the university.
Jen LaGrange, communications supervisor for the IT Assistance Center, joined the DOIT team at the event.
