Adobe unveils new app: Photoshop Camera

Adobe has introduced a new app to its collection, and we wanted to share info about it with creative Bobcats who may be interested. The new app gives you access to the magic of Photoshop inside your camera, making your phone the camera of your dreams. It’s an intelligent camera app that understands the best lenses (aka filters) for your photos that you can set up before you take the shot. It’s similar to other filter apps like Hipstamatic, PicsArt, and Prisma, but where it differs is that it can identify different bits of a scene and automatically suggest edits that are what you’d achieve by messing with sliders in Photoshop Express or Snapseed.

Although Photoshop can be an intimidating and complex program, the Photoshop Camera app is more beginner-friendly and allows you to create instantly. Show off your unique style with lenses created by featured artists and influencers. You can focus on quick fixes like portrait relighting and distortion removal to help keep your social media feed feeling consistent.

Adobe’s mission is to empower creativity for all, and Photoshop Camera lets you tell your story in your own way. Photoshop Camera is a free app available in the App Store and works on both iOS and Android (though only recent Pixel, Galaxy, and OnePlus models are officially supported for the latter).
