Tech services to ace midterms

We are halfway through the semester, which means it’s time for midterms! The Division of Information Technology offers the best services for Bobcats to ace anything from tests to projects to studying, and more. I’ve compiled the most helpful services available to you.

Microsoft 365 apps

Staying on task is one of the most challenging things to do during the chaos of midterms, but Microsoft 365 apps have you covered! Microsoft 365 is among the most important technologies available free to Bobcats, and includes a variety of tools including BobcatMail (Outlook), Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and more.

To ace your midterms, check out the planning apps, which includes tools like Planner, OneNote, and ToDo.

  • Planner helps you collaborate by allowing you to create and assign tasks, and share files. You can have as many people as you want inside a plan to make collaboration a breeze.
  • OneNote is an app designed to help you organize and create your notes for classes, using text, images, and even audio recordings.
  • ToDo is a task management app and it’s great for keeping your to-do lists in order. No need for sticky notes that get lost in the mess of your desk, and instead you can set priorities for the day and organize your tasks based on due-dates or importance.

  • Access subject guides – Librarians put together hundreds of guides covering 56 subjects that offer tips, suggest resources, and help you discover more on each topic.
