It’s that time of year again where Bobcats make travel plans with friends, family, or even for work. During this time, we must also think about keeping our technology safe and accessible. This is especially true if you are planning to travel outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
Before you travel, consider your destination and whether you need to access school and work files. If so, you will want to use the travel notification feature to securely access your Microsoft 365 apps and BobcatMail and not miss a beat.
This feature can be found in the Online Toolkit and is labeled “International Traveler Setting.” It’s easy to log in, select the option for the traveler setting, and turn it on for any travel outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico. After returning from your trip, don’t forget to go back to the toolkit and turn the setting off.
